i live in austin. i'm married to my best friend dave. we have a chock-full-of-personality 4-1/2 year old son jonah. i'm originally from chicago where my huge extended family still lives and i miss them every day. i have a friendly & relaxed personality. and i am totally passionate about what i do, about the people in my life & about Jesus my savior.

about my photography:
people have told me that i have a gift for capturing the real shine-from-the-inside beauty in everyone i photograph. i don't think there is a greater compliment for me. i try to live my life in a way that is honest and real and beautiful, and my hope is that it would reflect in my photography.
